“Oʻzmaxsusmontajqurilish” JSC was established based on the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 27.02.2014 No. PQ-2136 "On measures to improve special assembly construction works".
The company is the legal successor of the Ministry of Assembly and Special Construction Works, which operated in 1965-1992, and the "Uzmontajmahsuskhurilish" association, which operated in 1992-2014.

The company's constituent organizations and enterprises operate mainly in two directions, i.e. in the fields of assembly, special construction and construction works, and production of industrial products that substitute for imports.
The company includes a total of 105 economic entities. 88 of them are construction organizations specializing in assembly and special construction works, and 17 are industrial enterprises.
28 of the 88 construction organizations operating in the construction sector within the company have a state share of the company.
Assembly, special construction and construction organizations within the company have qualified personnel, production and material-technical bases, and are specialized in the construction of industrial, military and civilian objects of the republic's economy.

2. assembly and commissioning of production technological systems in industrial facilities;
3. installation of main gas, drinking water, sewage and heat pipes;
4. construction and installation of heating and water, sewage water supply structures and technological facilities;
5. construction of external engineering and communication networks with medium and high pressure pipelines;
6. electrical installation of electrical equipment and lines with power from 0.4 to 10 kW;
7. installation of cooling-heating and air cleaning systems;
8. installation of fire extinguishing, communication and telecommunication, automatic systems of control and measurement devices;
9. perform special works of chemical protection, thermal insulation, wall covering and lining;
10. construction of buildings and structures from industry and civil engineering;
11. performing earth technological works in construction objects;
12. drilling and blasting works;
13. installation of bridges, overpasses and tunnel structures;
14. Setting up and commissioning electrical equipment, cooling-heating and air-purifying systems with a capacity of 0.4 to 10 kW.
Assembly and special construction organizations within the company have been participating in the construction of relevant industrial and civil facilities in various fields since independence.

- Kungirot, Shortan, Chirchik Maksam, Dehkhanabad chemical plants;
- Shortan, Mubarak, Bukhara, Zharkurgan oil and gas processing plants;
- Asaka, Tashkent, Samarkand automobile and motor factories;
- Tashkent and Bukhara textile factories;
- Uchkudug, Zarafshan, Almalyk, Navoi ore processing plants,
- Talimarjon GRES;
- As well as health care, education, sports, housing and other infrastructure facilities in the regions.
“Oʻzmaxsusmontajqurilish” The joint-stock company has one of the leading positions in the industry in the country, and includes a total of 17 industrial enterprises that produce import-substituting construction materials and equipment needed for construction objects of various sectors and mainly for assembly and special construction works in our country.
Today, more than 200 types of import-substituting industrial products are produced by the industrial enterprises of the Company.
Including:
- Spiral and straight seam metal pipes with a diameter from 15 mm to 1620 mm, thickness from 0.1 mm to 24 mm;
-Slate roofing up to 150,000 pieces per year;
- Up to 50 oil and gas metal reservoirs from 100 m3 to 20,000 m3 per year;
- Up to 1000 pressurized water towers from 15 m3 to 50 m3 per year;
- Household heating boilers adapted to gas and solid fuels with an annual capacity of 20,000 units;
-10 industrial steam boilers per year;
- 500,000 pieces of plumbing equipment (sink, toilet, bath, etc.) per year;
- 2500 household and industrial ventilators per year;
- Power substations, power distribution equipment, vacuum circuit breakers, etc. 10,000 units per year.
- Annual capacity of 400,000 tons, annual 10,000 tons of welding electrodes;
- Internal and external insulation of pipes from Ø325mm to Ø1620mm;
- Production of class AIII, AIV, AV fittings;
- Annual capacity of 500,000 tons of catankas, provolkas VR, etc.;
- Annual capacity of metal constructions is 25,000 tons.
-In 2020, construction and assembly works worth 564.7 billion soums (245.7%), industrial products worth 2098.2 billion soums (116.8%) were produced.
-In 2021, 706.0 billion soums (125.0%) of construction and installation works are planned, and 4259.0 billion soums (134.0% at the comparative price) of products are planned to be produced.
